Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand
awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. The Social Media Manager
will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging
content, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously optimize our social media
presence.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand
visibility, audience engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
● Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms,
including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
● Manage the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring
consistency in brand voice and messaging.
● Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our
industry, and leverage opportunities to participate in discussions and increase brand
awareness.
● Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates
to amplify our social media reach.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product
development, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business
objectives.
● Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to
inform strategy and optimization efforts.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
and incorporate innovative ideas into our strategy.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization, with
a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.
● Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social,
or Buffer.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and
ability to craft engaging content.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics to drive actionable
insights.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and
solution-oriented mindset.
● Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns is a plus.
● Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is preferred.
